Let's be honest; roasts in a pub can be done so badly can't they? But take a leap of faith with us. We've carefully selected cuts of meat that will cook beautifully and be succulent & juicy to serve. Nothing is kept on hold for hours & the veg will never be soggy. Always a couple of choices which may include slow roast shoulder of pork, rare roast beef, quarter free range chicken, slow roast shoulder of lamb & a surprisingly moist Keystone nut roast.
