Vegetable and Steak Night!
We say a sad fairwell to Tanya as she returns to India at the start of 2012 and so just to mix things up a little in The Keystone way, Monday night will become Vegetable & Steak Night. A little controversial we know but bear with us!
We know that we can not possibly create a range of currys that are as authentic as Tanya russled up for us each week, and those of you that have been friends with us for a while will remember way back when Monday meant steak, chips & red wine. Inspired by you know Hugh at River Cottage & our new project; The Keystone allotment, we want to offer a bit of a balance, hence Mark will be taking his pick of beautiful seasonal vegetable dishes each week to tantilise those tastebuds if you are brave enough to forego the meat. Either that or make like we're sure Simon will & have some of both
