If you are looking to get into hospitality management then a supervisory role at The Keystone would be an excellent first step offering you the opportunity to experience all aspects of running a business first hand. A driven and organised individual, that proves their capability from day one, will be given the opportunity to stretch themselves as much as they wish, for example event planning and management, recruitment, staff training, stock & cash control, menu development. Apprenticeships & NVQ on job training are possibilities.
